Pink, blue, orange sunrise with spheres that look like binoculars.

Look Deep into the Sunrise

It is so rich in stunning colors that choosing this photo as a personal favorite was an easy decision. When I look at it, I’m reminded of peering through a pair of nature’s binoculars and looking deep into a colorful sunrise. The perfectly shaped spheres appeared simultaneously, and the reflection on the water completed the illusion.

Our Creator’s Hand at Work

When I witness a sunrise such as this, I am awestruck. It is so remarkable that it is difficult to believe it’s real. And I feel very fortunate that I was able to capture such a moment. As a person of faith, I think our creator’s hand is at work, painting yet another colorful masterpiece.

But I also chuckle as well. Since I would photograph the colorful sunrise at the exact location daily, people became accustomed to my presence. And when it looked this incredible, they asked in anticipation if I got the perfect shot. Then hoping to catch a glimpse through my lens. And a bonus was getting to know my fellow early risers!

Just a Reminder

Capturing a colorful sunrise like this was only possible because I was photographing near water. If you are new to photography or perhaps looking for a new location to shoot, I can’t recommend it enough at sunrise. You will be amazed at what you see when you ask nature’s mirror to be your assistant!

Quote of the Day

Sunrise – you can watch it, you can breathe it, you hear it, you can touch it, you can taste it, and you can feel it.” – Louis de Port

Beautiful photo of the sunrise. I do love good sunrises & sunsets. I went through a phase very early on in my photography journey of photographing these magical times of the day. I need to get back to doing this again.
