On a recent hike at the Lake Apopka Wildlife Drive, I came upon hundreds of dragonflies gathered amongst the weeds. I’ve never seen some many in one place at the same time. It was so beautiful that I just had to share it. Enjoy!

Looks like you’ve been quite lucky, I’ve never seen so many in one place either. I love watching & photographing them, although they can be quite tricky to photograph clearly.

I was so surprised Ryan. There were at least 20 in one place, and just as many on some cattails in another. It was amazing! Luckily I was able to stay at a distance and use a zoom lens.
